Hand-harvested lavender from our gardens is dried and slowly infused into our raw, unpasteurized honey using a long-term cold infusion process and gentle gravity filtration. This careful method preserves the honey's natural qualities while imparting a delicate floral flavour. Produced in small batches, each infusion is beautifully unique, reflecting the character of the season and the lavender harvest.

At Winterlawn Farms, every jar of honey is produced exclusively by our own bees. Affectionately known as the "Guardians of the Barn," our hives are nestled along the south side of our dairy barn, overlooking the fields they help bring to life.

The flavour, colour, and texture of our honey naturally vary from season to season, reflecting the ever-changing blooms and unique character of our landscape.
